Suggestive location in an enchanting village! From the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view. The mixed starters are highly recommended, a true excursus on Calabrian flavours, the hot pitta and the homemade macaroni with goat sauce! The kindness of Alba and Francesca top.

Charming village and cuisine with ancient flavours. A dive into the past and you return to being a child! Tastes, flavors, extraordinary smells and aromas and a kind and warm welcome.I recommend macaroni with red and yellow datterini tomatoes with chopped pistachios and pork in sweet sour red onion, ginger and drops of Calabrian pesto. Calabrian mixed appetizer. Strictly homemade macaroni. Thanks from Giovanni, Nicole and Antonella with aunt Sina.

I was on vacation in Calabria, I visited Staiti and I discovered this wonderful restaurant, thank you Ms. Alba for what she cooked for us, I think that Calabrian cuisine is one of the most genuine in the world

A magical location in the heart of Staiti which fully expresses Greek hospitality and abundance. Kind and friendly, they manage to create a family atmosphere that accompanies every good dish. Excellent service. The Saints platter, the pumpkin gnocchi and the excellent amaretti dessert are absolutely worth tasting. One thing the excellent cuisine has in common: the choice of excellent quality local products.

Those who are lucky enough to be able to take the time to visit places far from the chaos of the city cannot fail to visit a magical place like Stilo, 13 km above Brancaleone. In this location, which will fascinate you with its narrow streets and frescoed doors, you cannot help but book a delicious meal at the "Trattoria dei Santi", which in addition to characteristic local meals made with the tradition of the past with unique tastes , you will be surprised by the sociable courtesy of Alba the Chef and Francesca the maitre. Excellent

Charming restaurant in the center of Staiti, a village worth visiting! Alba the owner, very friendly and nice, prepared a table for us on the terrace of the restaurant from which we enjoyed lunch immersed in the blue of the sea and the sky, a top location! We tasted various appetizers, hot pitta, meatballs, beans, caramelized onion, cured meats and cheeses, grilled aubergines, parmigiana, potato and mushroom pie and the icing on the cake was an amazing chestnut cream soup! All with strictly local products! Then already full we only took 3 samples of first courses, pumpkin gnocchi, strozzapreti with walnuts and macaroni with goat sauce, I personally liked the gnocchi exaggeratedly! We stopped here because we couldn't do it anymore! Just a little sweet to finish. As for the bill, I would do a little reflection with you, we spent 200 on 4, 60 of wine, so for 4 starters (abundant), 3 first courses and 3 desserts we spent 35 each, perhaps a little pricey considering that we didn't even take meat, for heaven's sake it was worth it for the lovely place and for the service, for this reason I still give 5 stars! It would also be nice to be able to choose some local wine, however you can find some of good quality and certainly at more modest prices, bottled wine always raises the bill dramatically!

Excellent typical restaurant, located in a hospitable and characteristic village. Typical local menu. Starter with parmigiana, aubergine meatballs, cheese and typical cured meats, including capicollo Maccheroni with goat sauce and black pig. Fast service and very friendly and helpful staff. It is recommended without a doubt. A special appreciation to the kind waitress Francesca

5 stars and praise.Let's go in order. The place is lovely. The village is beautiful, the terrace with panoramic view is beautiful and the small outdoor square where a few tables can be placed is equally wonderful. The photos don't do the job.Let's move on to food. All really very good. Traditional Calabrian appetizers with local products, both cold (cured meats, cheeses, etc.) and hot (aubergine meatballs, pepper rolls, pitta...). Even bread (made of durum wheat) is worth it for how good it is.Exceptional first courses, homemade macaroni with goat sauce or something else depending on the period. For the second course (you have to have great skills to get to the second course because normally you are already almost full and happy) I tasted the goat. A rare dish now to be found, cooked properly and really very tasty without being "excessive" in the slightest.Desserts that deserve to close this gastronomic and cultural journey because they too are perfect. I had an incredible salted caramel cheesecake. The girls and boys who work and manage the Tavern are friendly and helpful, as well as recommending foods and drinks they are able to tell stories about foods and places making the experience culturally inviting.Price more than fair.Honorable mention for the "holy patience" they had having to manage - a thousand thousand - phone calls from us due to changes in people and times. I hope to return soon.
